Urban forest grows in Soweto

Johannesburg City Parks and its partners are set to observe World Wetlands Day on 31 Jan and 1 Feb 2008. Key dignitaries will be involved in a clean up campaign along the Klipspruit Catchment, south of Johannesburg. The event will culminate in a formal address by the Deputy Minister for the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry in Kliptown on 1 February.
