Performance Management

As JCP we believe that our employees should be rewarded for good performance and for average performance a system of employee development is implemented. To achieve this we introduced a performance management (PMS) in 2003. All employees occupying junior to executive management positions are evaluated by means of the PMS. The balanced scorecard tool is used for this purpose.
